Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for treatments of whole-body cryotherapy (cryo) between FREITAG Podologie GmbH, Waldstr. 14a, 85579 Neubiberg (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers at the location Cryotherapy (Cryo) Memmingen, Kempterstr. 25, 87700 Memmingen.
2. Services
The Provider makes available a Cryotherapy (Cryo) chamber with an application temperature of up to -110°C. The treatment usually lasts three minutes. It is a wellness and recovery service, not a medical treatment.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments are arranged by phone or via the online booking system. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time. In the case of a later cancellation or a no-show, the service may be billed as used or deducted from the card/subscription.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices shown at the time of booking apply. Payment is made on site or via the booking system. All prices include statutory VAT, where applicable.
5. Cards, Subscriptions and Vouchers
- 10-session card: personalized, valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- 10-session subscription: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- 3-month subscription: personalized, unlimited treatments within the term.
- Cards and subscriptions are not transferable to other persons.
- Vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year of issue.
- Cash payout of cards, subscriptions and vouchers is excluded.
6. Health Requirements
Customers confirm before their first treatment that no contraindications are present. The exclusion criteria listed on the "Notes" page must be observed. In case of doubt, medical advice should be obtained in advance. Persons under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian; children under 10 are excluded.
7. House Rules and Cooperation
Staff instructions must be followed. The prescribed protective clothing (hat, mouth-and-nose covering, gloves, socks, underwear) must be worn. The Provider may exclude persons from the treatment if there are safety concerns, in particular under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, the Provider is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. No liability is assumed for damage resulting from inaccurate statements about the customer's state of health.
9. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
