The Cryotherapy Process

Process, safety and contraindications of whole-body Cryotherapy

Three minutes at -110 °C sounds extreme – in practice, the session is well tolerated thanks to the dry air and is supervised by trained staff.

Before the session

You come in underwear or swimwear, with skin dry and free of creams and jewellery. Ears, hands, feet and mouth are protected. Before your first appointment we go through all health questions together.

In the chamber

The Cyclon eddy-current cooling distributes the cold evenly. You move slowly, breathe calmly, and stay in visual contact the whole time. After three minutes the session is over.
