Voucher terms
- Vouchers have a maximum validity of one year from the date of issue.
- Refunds and cash payouts are excluded. Vouchers can only be redeemed for sessions.

Cryotherapy (cryo) as a gift – what is included
A voucher always covers the full application: consultation, safety check, protective gear, the supervised session at -110 °C and the follow-up. The recipient only needs to bring swimwear.
Because cryotherapy (cryo) has exclusion criteria, we check suitability before the first application. If a session is not suitable, the voucher can be transferred to another person within its validity. Validity is a maximum of one year; refunds are excluded.
