Your visit to our studio in Memmingen is designed to be a calm and professional experience. After your initial health screening, you will be shown to a private changing room. For the session, you will wear minimal, dry clothing,typically shorts for men, and shorts and a top for women,along with protective gloves, socks, and footwear that we provide.
You will then be guided to the cryotherapy chamber. The session itself lasts for about three minutes at a temperature of -110 °C. The air is dry, which makes the temperature much more tolerable than it sounds. Our trained staff will be with you the entire time, speaking to you and monitoring your comfort. Once the three minutes are up, you will step out and begin to warm up almost immediately. Many people describe the feeling during the session as a tingling, intensely cold sensation on the skin, and the feeling afterwards as one of invigorating warmth and an energised sense of wellbeing.
