Do I need to prepare in any special way?
Before your session in our studio, we will provide you with all necessary instructions. You will need to ensure your skin is completely dry. You will wear minimal, dry clothing (such as shorts, or shorts and a crop top for women), as well as gloves, socks, and proper footwear to protect your extremities.
